Instead of rushing to the office across town to make your rent payment on time when it is due. You can now sit at your PC or MAC and Pay Your Rent Online. Just Click on the Menu Tab PAYPAL RENT and you will be taken to PayPal. You may use your existing PAYPAL Account or sign up for a new PAYPAL Account. You may use any of the major credit cards to make your rent payment. When you go through the PAYPAL checkout there will be a line item that says TAX, this is not a tax but a surcharge of 3% that is paid to PAYPAL for processing your rent payment. Cornerstone Property Management of Virginia, Inc., is not charging you this fee. For Example: If your rent is $1,000.00, you will be charged $1,030.00 Rent is due on time and your rent must be posted on the due date. We will credit your account on the day that PAYPAL received your payment. By using the PAYPAL service, you agree to the 3% Surcharge and Agree Not To Do A Chargeback with PAYPAL concerning your rental payment.
